DEPOSITS

We require a deposit of £10 per person to secure your booking, which is fully refundable up to 7 days before your booking start time. 

For any additional guests booked after 7 days we will require a further £10 per additional guest. For any guests in your party that cancel within 48 hours of your booking start time, or who do not turn up to the booking, we will retain the deposit for that guest. 

All deposits will be redeemed against your final bill unless agreed otherwise. No bookings are confirmed until deposits have been received and email confirmation is sent from a member of the EDIT Team. By submitting the deposit, all T&Cs are agreed upon.

CONFIRMATIONS 

Let us know of any changes to your booking, such as final guest count or time of arrival, no later than 72 hours before the start time of your event.

Any allergies or dietary requirements must also be confirmed 72 hours in advance of your booking start time. 

We will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible, however please note we are not an allergen-free restaurant and we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will never occur. 

Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any further changes after this time.

TIMINGS

The start time allocated to your booking is the time at which we expect your event to begin. 

We offer a 15-minute grace period, after which, we will presume that you are no longer joining us, and your deposit will be retained. 

All food will be served no later than 30 minutes from your first guests’ arrival unless requested otherwise in advance.

SPLIT BILLS

Our team is more than happy to split your final bill to your preference, however, we are not able to offer individual tabs or take payments for individual items. 

All items ordered will be confined to one bill, unless requested otherwise in advance, and will include a 12.5% fee for service which goes directly to the staff.

DECORATIONS

We welcome minimal decorations but request that you be mindful with regard to sustainability and waste. 

Please consider the origin of the decorative materials and opt for recycled, recyclable or compostable products only.  

We will not accept any products made from plastic or filled with gas. We also do not allow confetti or confetti bombs for obvious reasons!  

Please take everything home with you and leave no trace behind.
